Have had a wonderful 4 days in Broome. The pool at the caravan park is resort worthy, the only give away its not, is that on Saturday night we had to contend with the local car derby from the next door car track (wesure haymen island doesnt have that)
We have swam alot to deal with heat, visited the musuem, saw a movie at the oldest garden cinema in the world, seen dinoasur footprints and looked longingly at the beach with no action. Since stinger season commences end october we were not willing to risk it, too serious to end up in hospital for a beach swim. But oh the temptation the colour of the water is so magical.
The only issue with the pool is the hitler like owner who patrols her pool day and night. In fact speaking of night you can't swim after sun down despite the pool lights.
Tonight we are lucky enough to be here for the full moon stairs to heaven an illusion of the moon reflecting across the mud flats of a low tide, creating the illusion of stairs, should be amazing. And there is a full moon market as well.
Love to all xx
